WARRANTY COVERAGE ON BULBS
Bulbs are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the purchase.
Warranty does not cover breakage due to improper installation, or handling. WARRANTY COVERAGE ON BALLASTS
Ballasts covered by the warranty for a period of twelve (12) months from the purchase date.
There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned. This includes problems with: compatibility, driver/software conflicts, improper installation, etc. Please email for any questions
you might have before buying. EXCLUSIONS
Any defects resulting from water damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, modification,
improper installation, vehicle crash, or any type of impact. Any modification such as cutting wires
or soldering wires to the system or operating on a vehicle with a damaged headlight housing,
will void the warranty. WELL-DONE will not be responsible for damages to automobiles resulting
from the use, misuse, or inability to use a WELL-DONE product. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
If a product is suspected of being defective, please contact us as soon as possible to try to resolve
any problems before they appear. The returned product will be inspected by our trained technicians.
If the product is found to be defective and covered by this Warranty, it will be replaced soon.
Any charges accrued for removal, installation, or reinstallation and returning shipping charge will not
be covered by this warranty. All claims will be thoroughly considered and you will be contacted
promptly with a resolution. RETURN PROCEDURE
WELL-DONE offers a replacement option for obtaining replacement warranty parts. User or dealer
or distributor must first return your failed component to us for inspection. Upon determination
that the part is defective, we will ship out a replacement part, typically within 24 to 48 hours
once we receive and inspect the return part(s). EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES
In no event shall WELL-DONE be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, consequential damages, incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, etc, or other losses)
arising out of the install, improper install, use, misuse, or inability to use an WELL-DONE product.
WELL-DONE reserves the right to change the design of its products without any obligation to
modify any previous product.
